📦 Shipping Policy

Thanks for supporting Formula Zac. Every order helps us keep the cars on track and the videos coming — here’s how shipping works on our store.

Processing Times
All orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During busy periods or product drops, this may extend slightly, but we’ll always do our best to get your gear out fast.

Shipping Within Australia
Once dispatched, most Australian orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country, but you can generally expect 7–21 business days. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. You’ll receive it automatically via email as soon as your package is on the way.

Pre-Orders & Drops
If an item is labelled pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless stated otherwise.

Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We’re not able to replace or refund orders sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or seems lost in transit, contact us at support@formulazac.com and we’ll sort it out with you.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
